A 'new tourism lounge', the Artists and Writers Cafe is geared towards giving visitors/tourists an inspiring and cultured intro to the Hamptons. It should be marketed as a first stop upon entering the Hamptons...and create a cultural space to linger in.

Interior Decor- large wall prints of popular B+W photographs of our famous artists and writers (with permission/in collaboration with the Hamptons Bohemia (http://www.bhny.com/nystate/ny144.html)

• takes advantage of existing and underutilized design of the Fountain Courtyard with additional outdoor tables in same wrought-iron style. Relocation of 3 galleries to the courtyard retail spaces would create a symbiotic cultural hub. Events synchronized and shared.

Art Receptions with Live Music.Book readings, etc. Indoor and Outdoor

Local Food and Wine Sampler Space-

• Concept of the cafe is that it is not in competition but in collaboration with local restaurants, bakeries, and vineyards...offering advertising and branded samplings of what the Hamptons has to offer.
