1. Artist Studios

  • Includes small art supply store?
  • How are artists selected?
  • ½ Live/work? To Bring new artists to the area? Or encourage relocation for area/ local artists whose current commute would render it impractical…


2. G-Space: Environmental/ Green Museum 'bud' to possibly expand into full museum with adjoining spaces. http://www.Greenmuseum.org

  • Majority of space is exhibition space
  • Rotating environmental exhibits and occasional show related workshops
  • Large scale installations
  • Possible inclusion of small material resource center?

  • Most space dedicated to sorting, display and selling of recycled materials
